Out of pure boredom/curiousity, I decided to try out something I've been seeing everywhere now:neon jewelry. I love the pop of color but haven't been able to really find any pieces I loved in stores, so I figured I'll make them myself. All you need is some cheap nail polish and a steady hand.
A very simple yet tedious process, I found this little project to be a success, and a little addicting. I started off with just two pairs of vintage rhinestone earrings and ended up jazzing up an old brooch and necklace, too.
wow...I'm impressed...this came out great!

It's seriously addicting once you get started! I tried using a clear top coat to finish it, but instead I would reccommend a shine spray to really make the jewels sparkle!
